Business Advice: Know your own limits
Succeeding in business means knowing your own limits and hiring the right talent

I was asked recently what advice I would give to a business owner new at digital marketing. My advice is to stick to what you do best and not try to do it all yourself. The fact is you're likely an expert in your field, so your role in marketing needs to be communicating through online and offline (I recommend a blog or vlog) channels in a way that helps people and speaks to your target customer, so they trust you enough to do business with you.
After that, I recommend leaving the rest of your digital marketing to an expert. I always say anyone can remodel a home but it's going to look and last a lot longer when you hire an experienced professional. Similarly, there are a lot of do-it-yourself tools out there to build a template website or help you run all your campaigns yourself, but I suggest hiring a professional team and by doing so, save money compared to what it would cost to bring on a new hire, and scale your business with a proven process that's worked for thousands of small businesses. I know business owners who have spent hundreds of hours trying to build a website and automate their marketing when they could have been focused on mastering their own business, helping their customers, and sharpening their own trade, yet they waste time and energy trying to learn everything there is to know in digital marketing. The industry is quickly growing and changing so hiring a digital marketing company will save you time, make you money, and provide you full transparency in the process.
